Oval make-up brushes from Technique Pro.

I think it is no secret that I have a big heart for make-up, and it is something I use on a daily basis – and therefore it is important to me to have good products I can use when I apply my make-up. Especially brushes do something for your make-up look, for example they may help you get a more natural look, which is important to me, even though it can be a bit difficult sometimes because of my acne. And therefore I like to try new and different products such as brushes.
I
get a lot of inspiration on social media as you might know, for example for make-up looks and so on. And I have seen that youtubers, bloggers and celebrities use these make-up brushes which to me look like overgrown toothbrushes, haha. ;-) It caught my interest because it is different – and when I was offered that I could test these oval brushes from a Danish website called Billigvoks.dk, I just couldn't resist it.
So earlier this month I go 10 brushes sent to my mailbox which were by a brand
called Technique Pro – in this set there is a brush for everything and every part of your face, as you see in picture number two where I have written the function of each brush.
I have now tried the brushes a couple of times and I must say I am positively surprised. In the start the brushes lost  a few hairs, but when I had used them a couple of times, it was no problem. The brush hair is soft, and they are easy to use because of their “handles” which are flexible. But most important to me is that the result looks natural, as they do not leave unnatural lines. I must say that I am mostly into using my liquid products with these brushes such as foundation and concealer.
If this sounds interesting to you and if you want to try something new and different you may find these brushes here on this Danish site.

Have you ever tried or heard of these oval brushes before?

Finding all the inspo at Copenhagen fashion week street style.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the past week Copenhagen hosted a fashion week where they showed collections for the upcoming season SS17. As always there was lots of life on the streetthere were events, and special open in some stores, and of course there were catwalks every day for specially invited guests.
As
some of you may know, I do not live near Copenhagen, but that did not prevent me from following what was going on in Copenhagen – therefore the social media have been checked additionally in these days, for inspiration. And I personally LOVE to look at street style, as some of you may know about me. ;-) It has almost become a tradition that I make a small collage with some of my favorite street style pictures from Copenhagen fashion week! You see trends people are wearing right now, as for example there were many people wearing the loose pants look, pyjamas sets, striped shirts, shiny leather and much more. In the near future I hope to update you on what the catwalks  emphasize in the upcoming season.

Do you guys find street style inspirational as I do? And which of the pictures do you like the most?

Patch it.

;-) Links til tøjet finder I over her!

Hvad synes I om denne trend?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is a new trend you have not been able to avoid seeing in stores, magazines and online this summer, and I am sure the trend is going into the fall trends also … and this trend is patches! This trend brings me back to my childhood. Because I am pretty sure you all remember how you had been out playing and then got home with a hole in your jeans and you walked up to your mom, crying because you were afraid of what was going to happen… But then your mom pulled out a funny patch and sewed it on the hole, and everything was good again! But now you do not need to have a hole in your jeans because these patches have become a big trend to have all over your jackets, jeans, bags and you name it. Personally I think it looks so awesome and I have thought about maybe sewing some on one of my denim jackets. But if you are not that creative you could also just go to the shops, there are clothes with patches on everywhere
As you see above here – I have made some outfit examples with my own touch. One of the persons you see is the world known Youtuber Zoella, who has overalls on with patches. ;-) You can find links to the clothes just above here!

What do you think of this trend?

Oslo? It was sooo nice.

Billederne I ser over er taget lige ude foran vores hotel!

Hvad har I lavet i sommerferien? Og hvad skal I efter sommerferien?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The plane went to Oslo and back again to Denmark. After a really great week in Oslo with my family, I am now home again with lots of experiences in the backpack, as we say. ;-) We experienced lots of exciting things as for example: on most of the days we sailed to the surrounding islands, we walked around and experienced attractions in the lovely warm weather and of course we went shopping, where I bought oceans of clothes, haha. The pictures above are from just outside our hotel.  I must say that it was nice to be away for some time, before getting back to school in about a week time. For the rest of the vacation I am going to celebrate my fathers b-day which is tomorrow, and then I have some friends to see before starting in ”high school”. I have to admit that I am a bit nervous, luckily I know several people who are going to start  at the school as well.
But
yes this was just a short post from me to say that I am home again from lovely Oslo – a city I definitely want to go to again. ;-)

What have you spent your time doing in the summer vacation? And what are you going to do after the vacation?
